Orthomol AMD extra is a food for special medical purposes. It is suitable for the dietary management of patients with advanced age-related macular degeneration.

Orthomol AMD extra contains important micronutrients for antioxidant protection:

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin C contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system (incl. the optic nerve).
Micronutrients for the dietary management of advanced AMD. Important micronutrients for antioxidant protection.
