- Packages are generally dispatched within max. 3 days after receipt of payment or after ordering. Otherwise we will inform you

- In case of undeliverability of the goods through debt of the buyer, the re-delivery costs will be charged 10,00 KM to the buyer regardless of the value of the goods.
- The timely delivery of the goods will be carried out by a transport company commissioned by us (EuroExpress). Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- The delivery takes place to your desired address within Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Successful delivery will be confirmed by signature. Please note that your delivery will not be given to children under the age of 19 years.
- As soon as you receive Tracking number, you will be able to track your order on EuroExpress page.

All prices in our catalogs are only valid for shipping orders from Health Movers d.o.o., Bačići br.7, 71000 Sarajevo and for online orders at shop.healthmovers.ba but not in stationary retail stores.

Please find more detailed information about this payment tool under point 5. Payments will be processed by PayPal and RBBH E-PAY independently from Health Movers d.o.o. . Once the payment has been received by Health Movers d.o.o. and the shipment of the goods will be fulfilled. We will keep you informed about the shipping process and we will share the tracking number for you to be able to follow the shipping process.

Health Movers d.o.o offers you the possibility of direct money transfer. After receipt of order we will send you the proforma invoice. As soon you return payment confirmation your goods will be shipped.
