All prices in our catalogs are only valid for shipping orders from Health Movers d.o.o., Bačići br.7, 71000 Sarajevo and for online orders at shop.healthmovers.ba but not in stationary retail stores.

1. Payment on delivery by cash on delivery
While paying cash on delivery, the goods will be handed over after cash payment. For this purpose a suitable delivery date is agreed by the forwarding company by telephone. The Value of the goods has to be paid on site upon receipt of the invoice and delivery.

Please find more detailed information about this payment tool under point 5. Payments will be processed by PayPal and RBBH E-PAY independently from Health Movers d.o.o. . Once the payment has been received by Health Movers d.o.o. and the shipment of the goods will be fulfilled. We will keep you informed about the shipping process and we will share the tracking number for you to be able to follow the shipping process.

Health Movers d.o.o offers you the possibility of direct money transfer. After receipt of order we will send you the proforma invoice. As soon you return payment confirmation your goods will be shipped.
