Bauckhof Organic Bread Baking Mixture gluten-free Quick Bread with seeds 500g
Fast bread with seeds in 60 minute – without yeast & without “letting go”. You just add water. Makes about 850g of bread.
Bauckhof baking mix for gluten-free bread with seeds is successful both in the classic preparation and in the bread maker.
Variations; seeds, olive, raisin and walnut can be added.
Product is: gluten-free, wheat-free, lactose-free, vegan, full grain, nut-free according to ingredients, soy-free according to ingredients.
Classic Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 225°C top and bottom heat. (Gas level 4).
- Briefly stir the quick bread mixture in 500ml of warm water with a whisk or hand mixer.
- Don’t let go!!!
- Immediately pour the dough into a greased tin (25x10cm)
- Smooth down with water from above and then brush with oil. Score in the middle with a dough scraper or knife dipped in oil.
- Bake the bread at 225°C for 50-60 minutes.
Remove from the box and let it cool well on a wire rack before cutting.
Preparation in the bread maker: (attention preparation is with yeast)
For a yeast bread, first put 450ml of cold water, then the quick bread mixture and 1 packet of dry yeast in the baking container.
Bake as fast as possible in the “dark” setting. During the kneading process, loosen the dough from the edges 2—3 times with a scraper so that it mixes optimally.
