Product Details

Preparation 5 minutes, baking time approx.. 25 minutes. This baking mix can be made with milk and egg or even vegan! You add either 200g butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk or 150g soft margarine, 2 teaspoons of locust bean gum (or 2 Teaspoons of soy flour) 100ml of water or soy drink.

Can be used for:

Chocolate muffins
Chocolate cake
Brownie variations

Product is:
gluten-free.

For 1 springform pan (26cm) or 1 baking dish (20x20cm)

Preparation with milk& egg:

Please add:
200g butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk

Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 175°C (gas level 3).
Put the content of the pack in a bowl.
Mix with 200g soft butter and 2 eggs. Then slowly stir in 100ml milk.
Spread the mass in the baking pan and smooth out.
Allow to cool well and cut into pieces.

Vegan preparation:

Please add:
150g soft margarine, 2 teaspoons locust bean flour (or 2 tablespoons of soy flour), 100ml of water or soy drink

Preheat the oven with top and bottom, heat to 174°C (gas level 3).
Dissolve 150g margarine in a saucepan and add 100ml cold water or soy drink.
Put the brownie mixture in a bowl and mix with 2 teaspoons of locust bean flour or 2 tablespoons of soy flour.
Add the margarine-water mixture and stir until smooth.
Spread the mass in the baking pan and smooth out.
Bake on the middle shelf for about 25 minutes.
Allow to cool well and cut into pieces
