Pizza dough gluten-free is the quick baking mix for 1 baking sheet or 2 round springform tins.

Bauckhof gluten-free pizza dough tastes like homemade and is quick and easy. You only add water and oil and do not need to let the dough rise.

Product is: gluten-free, wheat-free, lactose-free, vegan, full grain, nut-free according to ingredients, soy-free according to ingredients.

Preparation:

1. Add water and oil:
Preheat the oven to 225°C, (gas:4, fan oven 190°C). Put the content of the chisel in a bowl. Add 250ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of oil (Olive oil).

2. Knead:
Use a hand mixer (dough hook) to make a smooth dough. The dough is stickier than usual. That is so desired.

3. Roll out:
Line a baking sheet (approx.. 35x30cm) or two round springform tins (28cm) with baking paper or brush with oil. Dust the dough with a little cornstarch and use baking paper to roll it out evenly between the rolls and the dough.

4. Cover, season and drizzle with oil:
Brush the dough evenly with tomato puree. Cover to taste, season and drizzle with oil. Instead of tomato puree, you can also use tomato ketchup, tomato sauce, tomato salsa or mashed tomatoes.

5. Baking:
Bake in the oven on the lower shelf for approx.. 15-20 minutes (electric cooker: 225°C preheated, gas: level 4, convection: 190°C.
