This product is controlled gluten free. Bauckhof analyze every batch of gluten-free products in there laboratory. All gluten-free products are registered with the German Celiac Society.

Basic recipe for approx. 16 falafel balls:
Stir the contents of the pack into 250ml of boiling water and allow to swell for 15 minutes. Mix the mixture well again and form teaspoon-sized balls with moistened hands. Deep-fry on both sides in plenty of hot oil (e.g. olive oil) until golden brown.
Serving suggestion:
Salad and pita or flatbread and yoghurt are traditionally served with falafel balls.
Special falafel:
- Extra crispy: Roll the falafel balls in sesame before roasting.
- Extra spicy: Cut small onion into small pieces and knead into the mixture.
- Extra oriental: Finely chop ½ bunch of fresh coriander and add to the mixture.
